We offer a variety of health plans and resources that can help you and your family stay healthy.
Medical and Prescription Drug Plans
The Cigna and Kaiser High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) are Health Savings Account (HSA) - qualified medical plans that can be paired with a a tax-advantaged HSA.
PPO or Preferred Provider Organization plans offered through Cigna allows you to access care with in-network or out-of-network providers. No Primary Care provider (PCP) Referral is needed when visiting a specialist.
Dental Plan
Under the Cigna Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) plan, you may choose to receive care with a PPO participating dentist or any nonparticipating dentist.
Vision Plan
The OA or Open Access plan offered through Cigna allows you to access care within the network only. There is no out-of-network coverage. A referral from a Primary Care Provider (PCP) is not required when seeking care from a specialist.
HMO or Health Maintenance Organization plans are administered through Kaiser. HMOs requires care under a Primary Care Physician (PCP). A referral is required through your PCP to see as specialist.

MD Live offers reliable 24/7 health care by phone or video. The national network of board-certified doctors, pediatricians, dermatologists, psychiatrists, and therapists provides personalized care for hundreds of medical and behavioral health needs.
Cigna members have access to an online coaching program
powered by WebMD®. This motivating program can help you reach big health and wellness goals in small, easy-to-do steps.
Telehealth makes it easy to get the care you need and save time along the way. You can use telehealth with your phone, your computer, or the Kaiser Permanente app. Your doctor or care team can diagnose your health issue and prescribe medication if needed.
Kaiser has wellness coaches available to you by phone, at no cost. You’ll work one-on-one with your personal coach to set a plan to help you reach a wide range of health goals.
A 24/7 advice line is available through Cigna and Kaiser at no additional cost to members.
Cigna members can talk to a nurse 24/7 by calling 1-855-673-3063. The nurse will ask a few questions about your symptoms, then help you decide where to go to urgent care, see your doctor, go to the emergency room, or care for yourself at home. They provide support and guidance for any non-emergency situations.
Kaiser members can contact 1-866-454-8855 to determine what type of care is appropriate based on their condition/symptoms or to schedule a same or next day appointment.
